PERSONAL NUTRITION

Separate fact from fiction and fads as you learn about core nutrition concepts and how to evaluate not only personal food choices and overall dietary patterns, but nutrition related content in the media and in advertising. Such topics include fundamentals of a healthful eating pattern, nutrition labeling, dietary supplements, fortified and "super" foods, plant-based nutrition, and nutrition and fitness. Learn about fueling for exercise, including endurance events such as marathons and/or triathlons.

PERSONAL NUTRITION

$100 per month
4 week nutrition plan.
Weekly emails with sample meal plans and nutrition tips.
Weekly email response to questions regarding nutrition plan.

GROUP NUTRITION

$200 per month
6-8 week training plan for group of 3.
Weekly emails with sample meal plans and nutrition tips.
Weekly email response to questions regarding training.
$50 per additional group member.
